I confirmed with the NVC today that we do have a case number, though, I don't know when it was assigned. They received our case January 14th, 2020 and by January 24th, 2020 we had a number assigned.

Nice! So NVC posted it being "in transit"?

@JurisDoctor, yes! I just checked the website this morning and it says, "In Transit."

I'm in shock with everything going on but Tim did get packet 3 today. Perhaps they are still processing paperwork just not having interviews? The date the packet is stamped is April 2nd so they did send it just yesterday.

Hi guys - how far in advance of your biometrics appt were you notified? I'm approaching 4 months since my NOA so hoping to hear soon!

We submitted EAD and Travel Auth but those both got skipped and immigration went straight to Green Card. This means we are having to apply for the Social Security card separately.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
