I had to call the NVC to get my case number and invoice number. I haven’t received anything directly by mail or email from NVC, I submitted a public inquiry on the NVC website and I received:
Dear/Sir Madam:
Due to COVID-19 concerns, the U.S. Embassy or Consulate General in [CDJ] suspended routine visa services. The National Visa Center will not forward K1/I-730 visa petitions to [CDJ] until they resume routine visa services. The U.S. Embassy or Consulate General will resume visa services as soon as possible, but they cannot provide a specific date.
For the most up-to-date information about the U.S. Embassy or Consulate General's operating status, please visit their website at <https://usembassy.gov>.
Regards,

Ya I was reading online where is said Mexico’s consulates were supposed to resume interviews this month of July but it looks like that’s not happening. COVID in mex has seemed steady as far as new case counts and Mexico City is starting to open back up going to “yellow light†hopefully that means CDJ will too pretty soon. And with them not processing work visas because of Trumps Proclamation they might get to K1 visa interviews sooner after opening up.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
