Comments : The first officer (male) asked my fiancé why he was coming to the US, and he said "To marry my fiancée." A second officer (female) was asking him what address I live at. He knew the street and city/state, but did not really know the address number/apartment number. She was very insistent and rude, kept asking him aggressively. He told her he'd been traveling for 36 hours, he was tired, and he would look it up on his phone. She was saying "Ok, hurry up." He finally gave her the rest of the address and then he was allowed through.

hey i want ask you brother my case get to algeria at the same day that your case was in the us embassy and in the website they say its Ready but i didn't get anything is that normal ?

Yes it is normal actually. I think an email comes at least 30 days after the embassy gets the file. We didn’t get an email yet either, but we knew what needed to be done to schedule an interview. I will write you details tomorrow so you can prepare more quickly!

- First you'll need to go here and create an account (at the top of the page you can change the language to Arabic or French): https://www.ustraveldocs.com/dz/ - Fill out the DS-160 - On that site you'll also create a CGI receipt which you take to Aramex and pay for your interview with cash - Once you have the receipt from Aramex, you can make an interview appointment on the site when you're ready - Once you book the interview, then you can make an appointment for the medical exam by emailing: rdv@cliniquealazhar.com (give them your name, date of birth, date of your interview, telephone number, and what kind of visa it's for) - You will need to take 6 US-sized passport photos to the medical exam - I think you will need to take 2 or 4 US-sized passport photos to the interview - You also need to take the following to the interview, all translated to English: birth certificate, police certificate, single certificate, military card. - Your fiancee will need to send you two copies of the I-134 form with two copies of the supporting evidence/tax information so you can take that to the interview (she can email everything and you can print it there, or she can send you all of the printed pages through the mail or DHL for example. I used DHL to send my fiance all printed pages) - You should also have a complete copy of the I-129F submission package and take that with you to the interview also - You also need to take more relationship evidence to show you've maintained an ongoing relationship this whole time after you sent in the I-129F (we used screenshots of messages, pictures from our video calls, photos and receipts of gifts we bought each other) *This is everything as I can remember it, so the information may not be 100% complete or accurate, but it's close! We have been preparing all of this for months already, which is why we were ready to schedule an interview so quickly. It may take you and your fiancee more time to be ready to schedule an interview.

You'll also want to have proof that you got the following vaccines: ROR, DT, HBV. If you don't have proof you'll need to get these vaccines. The HBV is either 2 or 3 different doses (depending on where you get the shot/what brand it is), separated by one month each. I'm not sure how close together you can get it with the other vaccines. My fiance started getting his in March so he will be done this week.
