Hi there!
We have a super similar timeline to you and are also waiting for NOA2. I was wondering how you had your senator submit an enquiry? We are so anxious to hear back and finally get put in line for packet to be sent to London. We also submitted another inquiry for outside of processing time and heard back the same generic answer from the first.
Thanks in advance! Hopefully we can keep in touch to keep updated on timeline.

Yes we did receive an interview date - when consulate received, we were given information on how to move forward with booking the interview!

How far out is your interview, O understand it can take a few weeks for medical. Did they ask or just give you a date? Thanks

So the medical is what slowed us down a bit - they only had medical appointments available at the end of May so our interview date was pushed until the end of May too to get medical done. They didn't just give dates, just a link to where you complete the DS-160 and then when you have confirmation of that and payment, you are able to go into the link they give you to schedule interview and schedule. There were plenty of dates open for regular interview just the medical that was a few weeks wait!

Hey, have you received any update on your case yet? EAD ? Thanks
Keickhoff on 2023-04-28 said:
It seems they are foregoing the EAD and just processing the AOS,
Congratulations

Thank you! Yep they skipped our EAD and AP and approved the AOS :)
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
