Aoa, I have not been able to find this information anywhere and after hours online, i ended up here. Can you please tell me which documents you uploaded for 'Marriage Certificate' ? our Nikka Namma has been rejected twice. so if you can tell us the list of documents and if you combined that all in one pdf or separate (Original/Urdu nikka namma, Union council, English translation (usually done at any court house)). Thank you.

W.s I uploaded original urdu nikah nama Marriage certificate Translation All seperate pdfs

Thank you Narmeen. We will do that now ie., separate files/pdf. Last thing that remains doubtful is the Urdu to English translation. We obtained that from an attorney in Pakistan who told us he has done this for lots of other clients . Did you obtain the English translation from some specific place or some standard form where you simply added your information? Our confidence is pretty low because of two rejections and i don't have to tell you how devastating it is for us. so any insight regarding English translation would greatly help. also, i should of said it in my original message but our heart-felt congratulations to you

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
