I was attended to by the consular in window 4. The first question she asked was how we met? And then she asked to see pictures of us from 2016. I told her we didn't have any because you were in the USA. she then asked when you immigrated to the states and who filed for you? I answered correctly and she moved on to ask why I claimed single in 2018 when I applied for masters since I was already 3months married. I explained reasons to her and she said ok. She asked where you work? And then said I only need one more document from you to which i quickly brought out my NPC certificate to which she re replied very good. Most of the people who came didn't have the NPC certificate and NYSC certificate, I gave her my exclusion letter and my waec certificate so she didn't even ask about primary school unlike others who she asked to supply their primary school records. I also supplied my voters card and national identity number as forms of identification, she seems happy with that. She didn't ask for our social media records ,but it's a thing with them. Lots of applicants were asked and they emphasise on chronological arrangements like you did ours. They do not accept screenshots. They want the social media records to cover years from the date of meeting till recent. Also if few people attend your wedding, it makes them ask more questions. She also asked how many people attended our wedding? I told her 20 for registry and 300 for traditional so she told me to open the album and show her, I did and opened the part where lots of guests showed. She said that's great.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
