... when I search the receipt. If you have any suggestions on anything I can do, I'd be extremely grateful.

My wife has tried calling a few places already, during opening hours, and there was no call queue or option to leave messages - the phone just rang out.

If it makes you feel any better, you guys are actually still on the correct timeline for Nebraska. They only just started granting approvals for the beginning of March 2019.
