@adventureoutthere why did you ask about an IOE number? Does the IOE signify some form of expedited process?
blank avatar AdventureOutThere on 2019-12-05 said:
@Rachel & Ghassan IOE is when the application is via the electronic filing system
blank avatar FD21 on 2019-12-13 said:
congrats on NOA2! could you mention any detail on how you assembled application or if you called uscis at all along the wait period? yours was approved on the quicker end i believe

Thanks ...we tried calling to USCIS during our I130 was being processed but it Always automated system couldn’t speak to representative all that time , just send your civil documents with I130 and supporting documents ( pictures , FaceTime , emails screen shots , money transfer receipts if you had ,letters (notarized) from friends and family that shows that they know about your marriage ..that’s it

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
