My husband's interview took place on 2/11. Everything went well but he was asked to submit a police certificate from outside of Gh and was handed a 221g. Long story short, we submitted the police cert on Tuesday and visa was issued today. Thanks be to God and to this great forum! |

Timeline Comments: 4Hi everyone. I submitted the DS260, AOS and supporting docs on 10/22 and 10/23 respectively. Yesterday, 10/25 I received notice that the documents have been accepted and as such, we are pending an interview date. Can anyone who is going thru or passed thru this step advise on how long it took them to receive an interview date? I'm praying it's soon. Thanks, folks!
You should post this in the forum, you'll get responses. And check on some other Ghanaians who did the spousal visa. I just saw one who had their visa approved yesterday at the interview.
Thanks for the suggestion, hun. I was trying to but don't see the option to create a post. Can you please walk me through? Thx!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
