Hi, how did you expedite the process? I am a citizen and applied for my wife in dec 2019. What expedite reason did you give? Please help.

Hi Iftikhar,
My wife was pregnant, so I sent an expedite request to NVC and attached all the reports. Luckily it got accepted. Don't rely on Visajourney members specially when it is about expedite. It is written all over the place that pregnancy is not a reason for expedite but mine got approved.
So point is if you have any other reason as well and have evidence to prove it to NVC, submit the expedite request.
Regards,
Syed Asghar Raza

Thank you. Why did you submit the expedite request to NVC? Should it not be USCIS as they approve the case? I tried to expedite my case with uscis giving them medical reasons but they denied. I called them and they did not ask for any evidence. Do you have any email address where you can send the evidence. I appreciate the help.

Hi, can you please help me. Was your wife pregnancy normal or were there complications? Do you think they will expedite my case if my wife is pregnant? Thank you

Hi,
Can we please discuss your expedite situation? I would really appreciate the help.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
