How did you expedited your AP? Employer letter?
Bger5498 on 2019-11-18 said:
Yes exactly! My employer contacted the local congress representative’s office and requested an expedite on my behalf. I tried expediting on my own but got denied flat out without even a request for evidence so I highly recommend going through Congress reps if possible.

Hi, me again....I got ready to schedule 4 days ago, I got a job offer. Do you think I should wait for the interview to get scheduled? Or just go ahead and expedite? Are you ready to schedule interview in your case? Or already got scheduled? I just don't want delay my EAD process by trying to expedite it... Thank you

I think it can be on ready to schedule for many months so if I were you I would ask for an expedite!

hi Bridget, I'm trying to help the company that wants to hire me ( expedite) I just want to confirm the letter they are handing to me is the most suitable 1. Does their phone # needs to be on the letter? 2. Does the letter needs to say something like the starting intended date (but acknowledging that I'm on AOS process)? 3. What else shouldn't they miss?

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
