Embassy Review : Interview was smooth but visa officer took my passport and all original documents and gave me 221 g and only market on it Administration Process and said that if we need anything then we will contact you.

By the grace of God, my case approved by USCIS and I received everything from NVC very quickly even though they are moving very fast and I got my case and invoice number also and account activated in no time. Hopefully, they will continue the same pace and I will have my visa very soon.

I am the petitioners. What documents did you submit other than affidavit of support and tax papers. I created an account on NVC. Under Civil documents it says N/A. Do i have to submit my spouse birth certificate as well? Did you Submit your Birth certificate?

Yes you need to submit your birth certificate if you are born american ans your spouse birth ceritifcate, police character certificate of beneficery, marriage certificate both computerized and nikah nama, 2x2 fresh photos of your beneficery, passport first page clear photo of beneficery.

Aslam o alykom. I started my case I-130 SPOUSE on June 10 2019. The 1st later I received from USICS on June 25,2019,that received my petition. On 07/01/2020: I completely submitted all the required documentation & fees Since then my file is sitting in NVC. Do you know when they are going to transfer my case to Islamabad, Pakistan?.
