I130 transferred to California on 2/23/20. I129f still remains at Texas and was never approved or denied.
NVC expedite request on 4/28 and approved on 5/11. Case forwarded directly to embassy.
Interview scheduled for Sept 22 but we had to reschedule because my husband could not return to his country due to Covid related airport closure. Rescheduled for Nov 24. Rescheduled again for Nov 25 because computer system was down at the embassy. |

Yes. Thank you. Our expedite was approved May 11 but the embassy didn’t start scheduling interviews again until July 15. I emailed to follow up a few days ago and they finally scheduled us. We can’t get back to Belize until after the airport opens so we had to schedule it way out since they only do interviews on Tuesday.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
