Thank you so much for the answer. We pretty much have the same timeline. Would you please tell me how did you expedite it? I’m pretty sure you went through the same stress that we are going through right now. And my wife and I we are loosing it.

In uscis i contacted ombudsman after less than a week i got approved in July 15th. Then i submitted my docs on August the 1st. And got my dq on October 19th. So i kept waiting foe interview but because of covid there's a backlog. Every month between the 20th and the 30th. The consulat sends interviews. BUT. it's going so slow. This coming 20th they will only give interviews to those that got dq in August. And then in march they will give interviews to thos that got dq in September and it goes like that.. But im tired of waiting. We got married in 2018 i applied in 2019. So i cannt really wait another 6 months so i sent an expedite email to nvc. I wrote my infos and explained my case than i explained why i nzed my husband and also i included all my doctor visits + blood test + medication + a doctor letter that states why i need my husband and how his presence will help improve my health because i get sick a lot.. So I sent it they denied my first one. And i sent it a second time they denied it. And then i sent it a 3rd time. W talta tabta qblouha

Wow!!! That’s unbelievable!! mine was dq in December so it’ll take up to 6 months ?? My wife and I will go crazy !! That’s insane I have to come up with something we can’t wait that long I applied for her back in 2019 as well. I might need to contact my lawyer about it. Thank you so much for the explanation I really appreciate it. And I wish the best for both of you in your future.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
