Congrats on you guys approval . Do you think you expediting the process had anything to do with the timing of your approval?

I kind of wondered the same thing, but I can't really tell. When they denied expidited request they said my petition would be placed back in line, so I don't really know.

did your embassy receive your package yet?

Still waiting at NVC. They reviewed documents and requested another document and denied a birth certificate saying it was not the right one. So had to resubmit and now back in line.

Hi, why was were you put on administrative review, Im waiting for my interview and would appreciate this. Thanks

They needed more evidence and documents, so that put it into administrative processing

Evidence concerning your marriage? We have a joint bank account, proof of all the money I send, travel itineraries, she has me in her health insurance, wedding book, house rent in both names. Hope all that is enough.

That should be perfect.. make sure to take pictures that you have taken together.

Best of luck, Hope everything turns out great for ure guys. God bless.

Congrats, happy for ure guys. That was fast, thank God. Can you share what was the problem and how it was resolved. Thanks.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
