Please I have some questions about the Form I-864 about Part 6, Question 24a
My most recent total income is less than the 125% of the poverty guideline but on Part 6, Question 7 "My current Annual Household Income" individual would be enough to sponsor the incoming immigrant for which I am sponsoring, does that mean I'm still required to involve a joint sponsor or am I ok to depend on my own annual income?
Please advice
Thanks

I am not really familiar with this, you may need to ask your question on the general forum but I think if your annual income is not more than the 125% of the poverty guideline you would need a joint sponsor

It took you over 2 years to get approved by USCIS, why did it take this long to get approved?

We were told it is the processing centre. At the time we submitted our petition, the predicted processing time was 30-36 months.

Hi, please do you know if the new Nigerian police clearance certificate without finger prints is accepted? Thanks.

Yes, that is what I used. The new Nigerian police clearance certificate with picture.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
