More than two months now and yet there were no message or no email until now.
I called them (Sep 25) and it seems that the customer service was not aware about our case. The customer service checked our file, she saw and found out that our case was already accepted by NVC and she told me to wait an email from their supervisor as she will forward this matter so they can take action.
Should I start to worry? Should I call every two days to follow up this matter as it seems we are not yet in the queue for interview. (Visa Status checked today Sept 28 - still at NVC)
Any advice please? :( I will really appreciate it :( ðŸ™ðŸ»

Question, how long should we wait for the interview date since our case was completed and accepted since July 2019 and they just found out that they couldnt open to review the DS260 after I called this October 2019 and became documentarily qualified after the re-submission of DS260 on the same month ? I will really appreciate for your advice.
