So,we had our AOS interview today, we parked right accross from Fed Bldg.downtown cinci. got to the USCIS office around 10am.Submitted our Appointment letter,waited.. we were finally called in around 10:45am.The IO asked me my name,where i came from,when i arrived in the US,was i interviewed by the immigration at my POE,and that have i enganged myself in some unlawful stuff.or that was i married before,if i had kids or not,and also asked about my employement thingy.I told her that am still looking for an employment.since i only got my EAD card last month.Then he turned to my Hubby and asked him pretty much the same as she asked me.Then she said, "you came here really prepared,thank You!".But then she goes, i cant tell you anything rightnow becoz we still have to do some checking before we finally approve your application.and that it should take a few weeks before we find out whether we are approve or not.Then i asked her (hehe!) again, if we were approved then she said we have to wait a few weeks to know if we are approve or not.
the interview took only like 15 mins.then she led us out of the room.
Then we went to submit my employment application in one of the hotels downtown, but the HR said they dont accept application on fridays,and that to come back monday- thurs.
