We cancelled our K-1 Visa, because we were not getting anywhere due to covid. My wife was stuck here on a B1/B2 Visa due to Covid. So we opted to get married and file for AOS. |

As of 20 SEP we were notified that USCIS is going forward with scheduling our I-485 interview and we will get notified soon.
Our I-131 was approved on 12 NOV 2021.
EAD Card and Travel approval letter received on 18 NOV 2021. Then the EAD expired in two years and we had to get another Medical exam because it expired, but from the time we re-applied for the new EAD card it only took less than 1 week to get a new EAD card, however it had "No travel Authorization" stamped on the bottom.
It took from April 2021 to December 2023 to get the Green Card, so 31 months
I-130 was filed April 2021 and approved 5 DEC 2023
They skipped our interview! |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
