Hi Congratulations On your NOA2 Did you file a K3? Did you file a Expedite? Do you have an IOE Receipt number?

Yes, I’d like to know the answer too. This was quick. Congratulations!!

I didn't file the K3. I filed an expedite request. I also had an IOE number, but I don't know for sure which one was the reason it was adjudicated. If I have to really guess, it was the expedite.

My 130 was approved on 10/1/19 but I haven’t received anything about an nvc case. I wonder if there’s a difference in pace due to the difference in countries (Germany and Nigeria) or if the service center plays a part. Either way, congratulations on your progress! You’re almost to the finish line.

@yellowtulips mine was approved on 9/23. Yours should be done within the next couple of weeks. The country doesn’t play a part in getting to the NVC, but it might at USCIS. Congrats on your approval!

Thank you! If I might ask, when did you receive your nvc notice in the mail? I wonder if the case is transferred to nvc BEFORE we even receive the notice, so by the time we get our notice In the mail the case has been to nvc for some time. Also, did you have issues with uscis case status update? My online account says “case closed” and when I click on it, it says “received and processing” but does not say “case approved” or “sent to nvc”.

They don’t send a notice at all - you have to call and ask for the received date. It takes like 2-3 hours to get through. My USCIS case still says received and processing. It never said closed

Hey, congrats on getting your IL! When did you case complete? I take it the 1/13/20 date has to be incorrect. Case complete usually comes before getting your interview letter and before the case is sent to the embassy...

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
