i would suggest to go through the new rules of health insurance requirements and see how it works..
is 1 November still available? when did you book appointments?
Srp on 2019-10-07 said:
I don’t think so 1st November is available because they only gave me 2 options for timings when I booked . I booked my appointments on 17 th September.and also interview date they gave me earliest on 1st November otherwise hey we’re giving me next date in January 1st week . And yes I read new rules and still inquiring about that . And congratulations for early approval and good luck .

Hey, I have a question when we can fill the DS160 form after once we get the NVC case number or now?
Rohitla on 2019-10-07 said:
its opening for me..check the travel. state website , its available there in pdf file..
you can fill the ds 160 even before you get the case number but for making payment to schedule the appointment you need the case number from nvc..

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
