Hey! Did you guys ever hear back from Texas center about your I-130?
Craigl281 on 2020-01-02 said:
No haven't heard anything. The website doesn't allow me to inquire for a few more months. When you look up the history of how long the centers are taking since 2014, it has dramatically increased so that now Texas is taking over 12 months.

Well, based on the receipt date for a case inquiry currently on their website for Texas, I'd say you guys qualify to call them now. Good luck with everything!

I'd did the inquiry, took them a month to get back. Was told 1-18 that they were processing it, and to wait 60 days. I called back after the notice as it said Nebraska instead of Tx. They informed me when its at the locker its then sent to a random service center afterwards which for us happened to be the slowest of the centers. Called again 3-4 as it'd been a year, was told to wait another month before calling back. Then today I received a text that we were approved and should wait for mail on the next steps.

Sent in for expedite request on 6 Dec 2020, they received the request but prior to the answer on the request we received the date for interview and our category was swapped to IR1

I see the visa didn’t take long to receive. Did you request Manila pick up?

She picked it up at the mall? Could have been up to 7 days predicted
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
