Hello Henry!! How did you find out that your case was received by NVC?
blank avatar MannyCA on 2020-02-04 said:
I called in. Did you check yours?
blank avatar Silva B on 2020-02-04 said:
I had been calling a number but I only got the machine. Someone gave me a different number today and I just got my case number. Thank you

Mine says that it is in transit. I think they will send it on the 15th
blank avatar Silva B on 2020-02-04 said:
That’s great question where do you see that?
blank avatar MannyCA on 2020-02-04 said:
I just got an email from NVC saying that it was sent to the embassy. There is a Google document that explains all of this. Do you have it?
blank avatar Silva B on 2020-02-04 said:
Congratulations one step closer. No I don’t. Would appreciate it if you can send me that info

I have a similar timeline at with Juarez receiving my package at the same time. How do you found out your interview date?
blank avatar Silva B on 2020-02-12 said:
How long after you you submitted the DS did you hear from them with a date?
blank avatar MannyCA on 2020-02-12 said:
For Mexico you go to another website after paying and you schedule the appointment there. I think in the case of Cuba (Guyana) you have to wait to hear from them? I am not so sure.
blank avatar Silva B on 2020-02-12 said:
O ok. Yea even to pay it has to be in Guyana a few days before the interview. I guess the waiting game has begun agai.
blank avatar Silva B on 2020-02-18 said:
Congratulations
blank avatar MannyCA on 2020-02-18 said:
Thanks! We found a spot that is sooner so we booked it :) Have you heard anything yet?
blank avatar Silva B on 2020-02-18 said:
That’s great. They sent me an email that they had received the DS and to wait for further instructions. But no date yet :(
blank avatar Silva B on 2020-02-18 said:
Just got my appointment date not to long ago.
blank avatar MannyCA on 2020-02-18 said:

Hey guys! I just checked for earlier visa appointment dates and I saw a bunch of available dates in April! I just rescheduled my interview appointment from June 2 to April 2!!!
blank avatar Silva B on 2020-02-18 said:
Hi where do you check that? I would appreciate the information
blank avatar MannyCA on 2020-02-18 said:
Abraham is referring to the Mexican consulte in ciudad Juárez. It does not apply to Cuba as they assign your appointment.

I am expecting my NOA2 any second....what is the number to call to get my case id and does anyone have the web address for scheduling? I hope to get an appointment in April if at all possible. Keeping my fingers crossed.
blank avatar Abrahambueno on 2020-03-16 said:
When it says packet 3 received, what packet is it talking about?
blank avatar Abrahambueno on 2020-03-18 said:
Is it true our interviews are getting cancelled? We were finally only 15 days away. ):
blank avatar MannyCA on 2020-03-20 said:
They cancelled the interview appointment and did not even notify my fiance. I just logged in to the system and it was removed from there so I booked a new one for August.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
