Hi my name is Venessa my fiance Manuel and I have been waiting for our packet 3 instructions for almost 4 months but I've noticed that almost everyone on here received their packet 3 instructions in a couple of days. I must be missing something can you please explain to me how you received your packet 3 instructions?

He Vannesa, you must write to visageorge@state.gov, this is the email of the usembassy un Georgetown, Guyana, un this embassy that processes cuban visas. You must write in your email the case number, the full name of your fiansé and his date of birth. Explain the situation of your case and they will respond in a few days . In correspondence to the answer you have, ask me again if you have questions.

Vannesa you must also complete the DS-160 form online in the https: ceac.state.gov , when you finish completing it gives you a confirmation page and that page you must be sent to visageorge@state.gov . They will send you package 3 which is the APPLICANT STATEMENT, you must send you fiansé, he has to print the APPLICANT STATEMENT, sing it and scan it whith the signature and the data requested there and send it by email and you will send it back to visageorge@state.gov , when they receive this, they will send you your interview date. Please excuse me my English, I still don't speak it very well

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
