I am trying to make my finance stop worrying . Did they really receive your I-129F after February 20th 2019 in California and processed it already ? She is now convinced the uscis website is lying to her and there is something wrong with our process . Any response would be appreciated as she is now losing her mind . If so what’s the secret to skip through?

Hi! Yes we were really surprised with how fast it took and were expecting it to take much longer, we just filed our information and by June 18th I got my NOA2 saying we were approved...I don't think there is anything wrong with your process and not sure why ours went through so fast while others take a bit longer and once we filed it, we just left it alone and didn't try contacting them. Sorry and wish I could be of more help.

I would suggest not relying on the USCIS website cause its definitely not as updated.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
