Is Aug 7th your priority date or the date you received your NOA1 in the mail?

Congratulations on getting your interview letter. Did you get an interview date? Does it have any information regarding when they will begin doing interviews again? I just resubmitted a couple of documents today, so hopefully it will not take too long for them to re-review and issue an interview letter.

It was more of just a DQ letter letting us know they’ll be in touch for the interview date. I believe everything is at a halt, in terms of interview dates, until normal business resumes.

Okay, thanks.

Hello again. Is the June 23rd date an actual interview? I haven’t been able to find any information on when they will resume interviews. We were approved on June 5th and told to wait for them to schedule an interview. Did you do anything other than wait? Any information or advice you can provide would be appreciated.

Were you guys able to schedule a medical?

Good luck with your interview today! I’m looking forward to possible updates. We’re still waiting for our interview to be scheduled. If you could comment on your progress and mention anything you did it would be greatly appreciated. I’m worried that I’ve missed something. My wife thinks we need to make the appointment ourselves, but I can’t find anything confirming that, or providing instructions. Also, is Packet 4 a physical package, or just an email? As petitioner I set our mailing address in the States, but since this pandemic I haven’t been able to return to Vietnam regularly, as I used to.

How did the interview go, you guys?

Any updates? I hope all went well at the interview.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
