Hi fizzy I am Maida from Pakistan looking at your timeline got some hope as I have been married in nov 2019 and same month we have filled for 1-30 but I have seen most of the people have filled 129 f what is the diff between both.can u guide me as the processing time for 129 f is much lesser? Have I done mistake by not filling 129f? And went for 130 directly please I shall be great full if u guide me

129f is fiance visa, you should only file it if you are applying for a fiance. If youre married you file i 130

Hi, Fizza Arsalan how are you?
We got our DQ on 20-04-30 and case Completed at NVC, But Still I'm waiting for interview letter,
And nothing yet, it's almost been 3 months since we Got Welcome Email from NVC, What should I do? I'm from Pakistan and my Petitioner is a US Citizen, let me know asap please Thankyou

There isnt much you can do, the embassy is not currently scheduling interviews during a pandemic. You can try writing and expedite request to the nvc if you want but not Sure if it will help
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
