Just to update. We were waiting in texas to get her off conditional green card. The deadline came and went we got a letter saying with this letter your card is extended one year. (Pissed me off)
Then after 3 years in USA the last two spent in and out of hospital fighting cancer. We got a letter saying they transfered her case to another office. And asked us to send all information to support her case to remove conditions. NOW we had all ready sent all the info in with the application, she had done her biometrics.
I finally got a clear MRI for the metastasized lung cancer. BUT i was wore out , SO after that BS we talked , packed up and went back to Thailand. We talked about her just applying for citizenship, but she would probably need a year of school to pass the test . SO we said FU USA. Would have easier to just sneak across the boarder and collected out $200. Dollars.
BUT been almost a year ,haven't been checked by doctor ,but i feel good and as far as i am concerned everyday here is a blessing. Wish you all well with your journey.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
