Hi! Can you tell me how much your medical exam cost in Nicaragua? I'm wondering how much it will cost and what I can prepare for with my fiancé. Thank you for a response.

It depends on the age of your fiancee and how many shots they have to get. My fiancee was 32 years old and got one shot and paid 250$ usd. The hospital my fiancee went to was vivian pellas.

Also you have to call to make an appointment and they give you the medical exam results the same day.

Hi! Thanks for your response to my question. Seems like I have a few questions to which I'm looking for information or answers. Would it be possible to ask you a few? Is there another way I could contact you? Our NOA2 was just received March 12th. Now its on to the NVC! Curious to know how things went and what your experience was. I'd like to get an idea of what the process is from this point forward and what to expect. What do you think about getting in contact by phone? Thanks for considering it!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
