Wow that was fast! Congratulations, did you file expedite?
Tyler&Julie on 2019-10-12 said:
Thanks! We've been lucky. I was very meticulous with our application and I think that helped it go through faster.

Congratulations! Pls how did you write the letter of intent to get marrie? I'm trying to file our application too. Congratulations once again, that was fast😊

Simple letter about 1 paragraph long stating how we communicate, our plans for the future, and that I intend to marry within 90 days. Make sure to send an original with a inked signature and date. You can address it to USCIS.

Hi Congrats. My fiancee was also approved that same day. How can you obtain the passport as quick as you did?
Tyler&Julie on 2019-11-20 said:
There has been a recent trend in super quick issuing times. We think because we are both single never married it may go faster and issuing takes longer for prior divorces. 2go shipping only took 2 days to Tacloban

Same with us, No marriage or kids. Hope we become part of that trend too. Waiting at the SM Centerpoint in Sta. Mesa

Hello, on the issue of the letter of intent, did you both wrote separately or just one person is okay?
Tyler&Julie on 2019-11-25 said:
For I-129, you both need to include an original signed letter of intent, then for the embassy interview the US petitioner should send an updated letter of intent, can be same letter with updated date and signature
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
