That's the same question I have, it says Armenia also?

I filed on July 10 and only received a text message but I still have got nothing in the mail? But I know it’s IOE

So far, here’s some notification facts: notified by text that i130 petition packet was received by uscis then a letter followed in the mail (NOA1), notified of i130 approval by mail only (NOA2) though email was requested, notified of case creation by the NVC via email to myself and beneficiary.

Hi it seems we almost got nvc received same time, please update me when to expect interview.

I have no idea when you’ll receive an interview. I haven’t even been document qualified yet. Sorry!

Oh ok thanks.

No prob. I know the clock starts ticking once we actually send off all packets. Did you send your packets off yet? If so, when (and update your timeline).
I looked at about 50 timelines and have found it takes ON AVERAGE 2 weeks to 1 month to be case completed at nvc once packets are sent. We sent ours 2 weeks ago..
I also found it takes another 2 months or so for it to leave NVC after it’s complete, same day to about 7 days to be received by Nigeria consulate and about a month more for the interview!! Of course timeframes vary but this is what I’ve found and I hope it helps.

How did you go about the 129f I am considering filling it our PD is September 2019 so I want it to be approved fast
Yellowtulips on 2020-01-24 said:
I just filed it using the directions online but I don’t think it helped my case. It should really be filed for purposes of uniting with your spouse while awaiting approval of the 130, not to speed up the 130 process; but from what I heard there were not many, if any, 129f approvals.

Thank you so much, we need the prayers â¤ï¸ I truly do not understand the reasoning for the ban but with God we’ll be fine.

You should be eligible for the waiver. Spouse is a close familial relationship (according to the criteria in the original Proclamation). It is very frustrating...I am in the same predicament. I have called my Congressman too and my immigration attorney.

Thank you! My husband was approved however the trump ban is in full effect and his passport was kept however he got a white letter and was told it was because of the ban that he wouldn’t get it back right away. People who were denied got blue letters. This is so sad but hopefully soon the ban will be lifted and his passport will be given.
Thanks for all the prayers.

Congrats!!!! I'm in Nigeria today until after our interview on the 4th. I am very happy for you!!!! We went to the embassy today and made inquiries. We were told not to worry but it's hard not too...lol. We spoke with a representative from CGI contractors for the Embassy) and answered our questions.
Thank God!!!! I am rejoicing with you!!

Congratulations, Yellowtulips, I know that he will be home soon. My husband's interview is next Tuesday. I just landed back in the USA, on Saturday. I wanted to spend time with my husband. He was in a terrible wreck last month, I'm thankful that he is ok after others were killed.
I hope you feel better soon. And, my church and I are praying hard for this ban to be lifted; so we all may be with our loved ones.
Yellowtulips on 2020-02-24 said:
@angel4love Idk about a waiver box. I told him that if they brought up the ban, immediately verbally ask for a waiver and he did.
Thank you! @sebaslyn125 and yes don’t worry, everything will be fine for sure! Bring everything you have to ensure they won’t have a reason to ask for more (they likely won’t ask for anything though as they only asked for my husbands birth certificate).
Thanks @rosemichelle I am praying he is home soon. I can’t do any more distance. Sorry about that, I had no idea about killings here. I pray your husbands mind has been eased some by seeing your face.
Rosemichelle on 2020-02-25 said:
@Yellowtulips thank you. No, I was talking about the car wreck my husband was in, the people he saw deceased.
I know you are excited about being approved. I pray all of this is cleared up quickly and you two can be together.

Oh! I’m sorry! I read that wrong. I’m still sorry he experienced that.
I pray so too, thank youâ¤ï¸

Congrats!! Did you use an attorney or file yourself?
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
