Hi! Congrats to your GC! I filed for AOS in SF as well, back in June 2020. My case has been ready to be scheduled for an interview since December 2020. I have called them numerous times and they keep saying my documents are fine, they have been trying to find an empty slot for me to take my interview. Have you done anything to have your interview scheduled? I'm so worried I am forgetting something.

Hi! Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry that you're still waiting for the interview. As far as I remember, I didn't really have to do anything to have the interview scheduled. In my case, I just submitted the request for the I-485 (together with the EAD and AP) in June 2020, received the invite for the biometrics appt in August 2020, and received, one year later, the invite for the GC interview in August 2021. To be fair, it's moved faster than I expected, so your timeline doesn't seem insanely delayed, I'd say. What do you mean with "ready to be schedule since Dec 2020"? Really sorry I can't be more helpful!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
