Hey Hi, They requested for previous marriage divorce decree copy an my boarding passes, while I was at the stateside.
Mishty on 2019-09-09 said:
Oh I see because they have asked me proof of wedding preparations, do you know what I can show them?
NBSUFFERN on 2019-09-09 said:
Wedding Preparation...strange, coz once you've your visa approved and you enter, then only one can plan for wedding. Anyways, try sending the details like chat between you two, agreeing to chose the location, date & if need be, some wedding invite.
Mishty on 2019-09-09 said:
Yeah I know strange that’s why I am confusing but anyway I’ll see but thanks though
Mishty on 2019-10-09 said:
Congratulations on getting approval so have you done with your DS160 form?
NBSUFFERN on 2019-10-09 said:
Thanks Mishty...After NOA2 its under NVC processing and it would take a while, before we can go ahead with DS160. Congratulations to you too and hope all goes normal, from hereon. Good luck
Mishty on 2019-10-09 said:
Yeah but I heard that you can fill DS160 even before the case number but you cannot submit n schedule the interview so I was wondering if you have done already anyhow Thank you
NBSUFFERN on 2019-10-13 said:
You can always fill DS160 form, but if you can't submit it to schedule appointment, what's the point? Anyways, hope to get the case number issued by NVC soon and move ahead with - way forward.
Mishty on 2019-11-02 said:
Hey congrats on getting case no so have you fill out DS form yet or no?
NBSUFFERN on 2019-11-07 said:
Thanks...but we are yet to fill the DS as we are not sure, if the interview would take place Mumbai or Delhi. Though the case number begins with BMB, so guessing its Mumbai only. How's the progress at your end.
Mishty on 2019-11-07 said:
We are done with DS but haven’t booked the date yet Coz case hasn’t dispatched from nvc to embassy anyhow good luck

No not yet...papers are still at NVC and no clue when they would move out, hence not booked the date yet. What about you?

CMM on 2019-12-07 said:
Hi, have you recieved packet 4 from the embassy? I tried contacting them last week and they said the physical copy hasn't reached them as yet.
NBSUFFERN on 2019-12-07 said:
@CMM - same is the case at my end, too. Though, I have gone ahead and scheduled the interview, as the wait time is 35 days. I am sure, I'll receive the packet, by then.

Hi did you get your visa issued if so when ...pls reply i have same situation
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
