Hey, thank you to everyone in "Visajourney community" for the help. I want to update about the corona Covid19 impact on my immigration visa process. I'am at NVC stage I need My wife (beneficiary) Police certificate from Morocco. My wife was able to get the court record certificate. But she couldn't get the Police certificate. The police administration officers are out on the street working , helping on enforcing "the stay Home" order. My question is : I have a 10/01/2019 Police certificate, could I use it? then, when the administration reopen. I'wil bring the up to date police certificate to the interview. Thanks, God bless you all.

Fantastic that you have a police certificate already. I would say that if it is not expired/still current, then upload it. If it'll expire by the interview date then in addition to uploading what you currently have now, write a note explaining that you're in the process of getting a new one for the interview & can't have it now due to the covid 19 situation.

Are your AOS & IV fees showing "PAID" yet? Mine is still in process.

I received an approval email today Saturday 05/30/20 at 4:46 pm. Exactly one month after submitting all the documents to NVC. They accepted my explanation about expired Police certificate (Covid19 Lock down).
The email:
"Dear Beneficiary name & lastname,
The National Visa Center (NVC) received all of the fees, forms, and documents that are required prior to attending an immigrant visa interview at a U.S. Embassy/Consulate General overseas.
NVC will work with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in CASABLANCA, MORO to schedule an interview appointment for you. Once we have confirmed an interview date, we will send a notice to you, your petitioner and attorney (if applicable)."

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
