Embassy Review : Please everyone my wife just send our package in today ..i-130 & 130A ...but she forget to put g-1145 form ..hope there is no problem about that

No there won’t be any problem. The g-1145 is just for your wife to receive notifications On her phone or email whenever the package is received and processed. She will mail from USCIS soon.

It takes a week or 2 weeks to get notice from USCIS. I submitted i130 for my husband by August just waiting for approval. Good luck to us all.
