Hello! How did know nvc receive your package ? Did they mail or did you call? I’m still waiting on them to contact me.

Hey Jeff. I got an email from NVC that had a document attached stating that NVC had received my approved K-1F and would be forwarding it to the embassy in Port-au-Prince. I’m still waiting to hear that they received it in Haiti.

I’ve been going off this flowchart and just waiting to see what they ask for and where to send it. Hope this helps.

Hello. I’m happy you have new update. I keep following your timeline.. Did the petitioner receive the package 3 or the beneficiant?
Beewhitlow on 2020-03-03 said:
I (petitioner) got the letter in the mail. I told my beneficiary to check if he was mailed a copy, too.

Hello there. Idk see any update, do u have already get an appointment date? It’s been 9 days i’m still waiting on the package 3... and what is the package 3 contains? Thank for answers

I just got the papers he needs together to be mailed on Monday. He's already been working on the items they need from him on his end. I think every embassy varies, but this particular one wanted birth certificates, previous marriage & divorce decrees, police report, and updated passport photos. I think once he sends everything in, he can schedule an interview.

How long does it take to get your interview date after your medical or after u send it to the Embassy? And then did they mail you or call you to give you the date ?
Beewhitlow on 2021-03-04 said:
When they accepted the last papers we sent, they called him within a week and scheduled his interview. He is going to get his medical exam soon so he will have it for the interview. He was called and spoke to someone at the embassy and they mailed his paperwork for the medical exam to him through DHL.

Good luck on your interview. Hope you’ll get approved and let us know how it went

Thank you! He said it went really well. He was asked several questions, but they were all things he knew and could easily answer. He got his approval paper, so we’re just waiting on getting all his paperwork and passport.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
