We didn't get notice in mail but my husband called and they gave him in his email. Notice is about prooving the bonafide of marriage.

Your RFE approved??

Yes my case approved. And sent to Department of the state.. what is your RFE??

Did your NVC process begin?

No.. not yet. It's been 6 weeks.. my husband will call NVC on Monday. What about you??

Hey YasArr..
You get the interview date??

No.. Richa. I didn't get the interview date as Mumbai embassy is closed. It all depends on international flights. Once it resumes, we can hope for embassy to open.

Mine NvC case completed on 22nd may. Hope we get something soon.

Yes. Mine complete at 14th May, so I hope we may get interview letter in December and interview in January. And latest may be like February. Will see, it may be sooner than we expected. As embassy is going quick.

Hope so.... waiting from so long. Good news may be come with new year.

Hope with the new year, we can start a new life with our spouse.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
