Embassy Review : |
Well our interview was quite a while ago, and most on here are so good and nice, that I was surprised when we were put in Admin Processing.
My fiance's Interview was on October 17, 2007. He went in and said everything went great! He talked to the girl who took all his documents and gave the welcome to America booklet and everything... had the interview with the officer and everything went fine. Since he had done the medical exam the same morning, the officer told him that they needed to finish up processing it, and he should hear something in a month. Well that started our AP journey. I emailed the embassy every 2 weeks after that, and while they were very quick to respond to my emails, they were very vague about what was going on and what was taking so long. My fiance is not originally from Germany, he is Cameroonian, so that may have had something to do with it, but finally, after almost 4 months they emailed us and said they were mailing it out this week!! hurray!! |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
