There was a typo on my address so I had to submit a e-request. I haven't received NOA yet (it's 2021-09-01).
Submitted expedite request on August 23 2021, expedite request approved.
Seems like an officer opened another request for expedition of the case, I did not receive the email (SECOND TIME THAT IT HAPPENS) with request of proof so they deny my expedition. Contacted them, they said if they accepted the first one that means my expedite is approved regardless of the denial the second time.
As of August 20 2022, I haven't received my GC. So I guess the 3 officers that told me it was approved anyways were wrong... (Heads up in case this happens to you.) Good thing I didn't need it anymore (military reasons).
On august 16th I sent an inquiry because my case is outside normal processing times.
As of August 20 2022 I still haven't received an answer and my referral number hasn't been assigned for processing.
August 26 2022 I received an e-mail from USCIS stating "We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. We have had to perform additional review, and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case is currently with an adjudicating officer. You should receive a decision or notice of further action within 60 days." |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
