Embassy Review : My husband said it Was fairly easy. No issue at all. Just asked him a couple of questions then the CBP official said “welcome to the USA” he was actually immigrating with our dog so we were a little concerned about her but he said that he had absolutely no issue.
Harassment Level : Low

well I had an issue with the civil documents. I had sent the wrong marriage certificate and birth certificate. a month later they said it was blurry. we uploaded it again. a month later they said it was not horizontal. we uploaded it again. Finally in November we got the "documentarily qualified" email. now we are just waiting for the interview date.

2 questions ... The documents should be uploaded vertically?? And second question is any one of the two, petitioner or beneficiary can upload the documents??
Mari1991 on 2019-11-13 said:
The writing of the civil documents should be displayed horizontally. As include the translations. And to answer your second question my lawyer did all the uploading. But JPEG picture etc can rotate. So when we uploaded it for the last time in September we uploaded PDFs.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
