I know you commented on my timeline but I see you already made an appointment. Were you able to find everything okay?

Yeah but I haven’t got the letter yet but I applied on https://ais.usvisa-info.com/ with my case number and DS-160. June 2 is definitely farther out than I thought it would be. :/

Keep checking. I initially had a June 1 appointment and then found an earlier date. I am glad you were able to do it.

I was glad to find your timeline. I am really wondering about the timeline to schedule an interview. I am expecting NOA2 any second, and hoped to get an interview in April....it will be close I think. I would be very curious if you are able to pull your appointment date in.

Unfortunately, i dont think you will be able to get in interview in April. I checked the dates the were available right now if I were to reschedule mine and the earliest available date I saw was June 23. However I had June 2 originally and I kept checking for earlier appointments everyday and after a couple weeks they has some for April so who knows. But as of today the earliest appointment I saw for Juarez is June 23.

How were you able to submit ds 160 and schedule interview before you get the letter from the NVC?
Abrahambueno on 2020-03-16 said:
I just submitted a ds-160 then after went on this website https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-mx/iv and scheduled it , which is really all the letter tells you to do.

do you know if I’ll be able to sign for this Visa while my significant other is out here in US with a work permit?

Hello! I'm glad to see you guys have an interview appointment. How did you get an emergency appointment? May I ask on what grounds did you get it? Is it in Ciudad Juarez?

Hey were you given that date ? or did you select for the emergency ? are there more slots?

HI. Congrats on your approval. How did you get an emergency interview? I tried, but wasn't granted.

Congrats on your approval !!
Is the consulate in Mexico open ?
Abrahambueno on 2020-09-15 said:
Sorry for the delay in response, it has been a crazy last couple momths. To answer recent questions :
The consulate is still only open for emergency appointments only. It is still in Ciudad Juarez. We were given the appointment due to mental health and financial reasons. After being approved for an emergency appointment it took about 2 weeks from what I remember for them to contact me back, in which they gave me my date. I did not choose my date and there was no specific slots available, i was just given the earliest possible date they had.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
