Submitted NVC Expedite e-mail on 9-9-19, received e-mail due to incorrect case #-9-11-19. 9-25-2019 received approval e-mail from country. Having a hard time booking an interview date/vac appointment. Called/emailed support & embassy, said to keep trying. When booking your interview (what they don't tell you is) when you log on to http://ustraveldocs.com/do ON THE LEFT YOU SHOULD SEE *FIRST AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT IS (DATE). That means appointments are available and ONLY THEN, you can book VAC and Interview date. If that doesn't pop up... you will THINK you can book the VAC appointments, which will pop up but you will get a message saying the appointment isn't available. If there was a warning about it on the site, I believe people wouldn't be so anxious. |
Processing Estimates/Stats : |
Your I-130 was approved in 132 days from your NOA1 date.
Your interview took 228 days from your I-130 NOA1 date. |

I called/emailed support-online & embassy, which said to keep trying.
If there was a warning about it on the site, I believe people wouldn't be so anxious and call in so much. It literally is a first come first serve but they do have appointments available. REMEMBER! ON THE LEFT YOU SHOULD SEE *FIRST AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT IS (DATE). If you see it, you are able to book VAC and INTERVIEW. Good luck and congratulations!! |

Yes i expedite so its at embassy as of yesterday. I just wanted to know when should i get an interview date /letter? Also, do they email the packet over or mail it to the embassy?

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
