Olá, poderia por gentileza me informar sobre as declarações de PolÃcia Federal e Estadual, se vocês obtiveram pelo site dos mesmos ou fizeram o pedido pessoalmente no Posto Policial, pois a NVC recusou pela segunda vez as minhas declarações e não me informaram quais seriam corretos, estou aflita por isso, se puderem por gentileza me dizer algo sobre essa questão eu agradeço.

Oi Claudia. A certidão da Policia Federal você tira na internet. Também são necessárias certidões das polÃcias civis de todos os estados aonde você já morou (alguns estados tiram na internet, outros só pessoalmente). As certidões são da polÃcia civil, não dos tribunais de justiça.
