Just have all your documents ready and organized at interview. You can be asked for anything. (This helped husband a lot as we had it all in a binder and organized very well)
As many say. Frontload your documents, chat, pictures, etc at USCIS and again at NVC. You need to show CO that your relationship is real and this helps a lot.
We had RFE at USCIS , Needed to resubmit a doc at NVC , and then consulate asked for a joint sponsor due to a change in income in 2019 but in the end we were approved. I'm saying this to give hope to anyone in those situations. Just follow the process and don't let the bumps in the road you may hit scare or upset you. Just keep growing your relationship with texts, video chat, honesty, and visits as much as possible.(My many visits were why my income dropped. LOL.)
If anything this has taught me God's Plan is bigger than ours and we need to trust and keep it real.

Timeline Comments: 6Hey!
I noticed your PD is July 1st at Potomac SC, have you not gotten approved yet?
Mine is July 3rd and I'm beyond confused at this point.
Hi you guys! Any word back on your RFE?
Why were you placed on administrative review?
We needed a joint sponsor due to change in income when 2019 Tax Return was submitted at interview.
@Ferderick&Agatha Are you a citizen or green card holder. I'm not sure where your case is. I'll check your timeline but if you provide more details I'll be happy to provide any info i can that may help you.
Also; they always kept my husbands passport which is always a very good sign I was told.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
