Hi Congratulations
Did you file a k3?
Did you expedite?
Did you have IOE?

Yes, we filed a K3 immediately and managed to get our I-130 approved in around three months.

Hi! Congratulations on getting the case transferred to Poland. My husband and I are in a similar situation of being stuck and I have questions about how long did it take for you case to get transferred to Poland? Did you contact embassy in Poland directly or did you submit a transfer through NVC? Did you have to translate all docs into English especially for the medical exam? I would appreciate any helpful information!
Thank you!

Hello Daria - the transfer only takes about a week duration from the time you request the transfer, to the time you get a new case number with WARSAW prefix. You need to contact the embassy directly - and yes you’ll need to translate your documents to English.

Hi there! First of all congratulations, guys! I'm thinking to move my case to Poland also but I'm not sure how to get to Poland, borders are closed because of COVID. I've contacted the Polish Embassy in St. Pete and they told me that I will be denied entry because an interview is not a good reason. How did you manage to enter the country? Thank you!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
