Hello,
I wanted to know if you had submitted your DS-160 first before making your interview appointment?

Also, did they have a lot of appointments available for December?

He was denied one year because he admitted to smoking in the pass

Omg! Sorry to hear that and I don’t understand why him smoking in the past has to do with now! Don’t worry God will see you through this and he’ll be with you soon. Happy Holidays to you and your family ðŸ™ðŸ½

Thank you! Happy Holidays to you as well. I’m so confused about the smoking thing

They don’t want the possibility of it leading to him doing other things. It poses a threat to him getting involved in other activities if you get what I mean. I think that’s why. This my second time hearing this on the forum of not being approved.

How much was the medical exam?
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
