An RFE on its way to me according to www.uscis.gov. The positive part though, from transferring NSC to VSC there was action in 10 days. At least the case has been looked at, even if not in the way I would like!

So the RFE, states that the Decree Absolute is a summary and not the real thing. I sent a covering letter and a notice from the English Courts and Tribunal Service indicated that certificate D37 is the Decree Absolute, None the less, I included a fresh copy of form D37, highlighting the 'D37' mark and other working that indicates the marriage was dissolved. Off to the Post Office!

Ouch, an RFE. Well, at least they are looking at your case! Good luck you guys!

Immigrant Visa on indefinite hold. I relocated to the U.K to spend time with spouse. Will see if DCF is a possibility as we will be looking at re-starting the process. Things to find out such as does the I-130 expire, can I continue via DCF, just the IV part, or need to start the entire process over again - OR worse submit I-130 back in the U.S and endure a second long wait.
COVID has an awful lot to answer to!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
