Package 1 sent end of July 2020, RFE on 28th of August due to incorrect fees (fees where correct). So Paperwork was send in again on the 5th of September 2020, with a different matter of payment (money order), a screenshot of their online calculator with the fee on it (1225$). I also updated each cover letter and form. Second RFE arrived in September once again with no explanation. Send in yet another package in October. Received RFE AFTER biometrics for missing birth certificate and taxes for 2020. Ready to be scheduled for an interview on 16tg of March. |

Good experience. Everyone was friendly and nice, the interview took maybe ten minutes. I didn’t have to wait too long, however, the line in front of the building was long and I had to wait for 45 mind to get through security. Would advise to take original documents to the appointment, if you have not sent them in with P3. I did not send my original birth certificate, and had to send in the original after the interview. The lady said I should have been informed, but she saw in the system that I wasn’t. I send a copy of the certificate, with a translation.
It was a good experience. |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
