She gave me a paper to collect my passport in 2 weeks time She said congratulations, 🎉 🎉 welcome to the USA and good luck with your marriage

Hello please i am quite lost at the NVC stage and would really appreciate you help. gAfter you paid for the IV and AOS fee, did you fill out the forms and uploaded it to the CAEC website or you kept it and mailed it please. i am a bit confused if you can help me please.do i complete the form- scan it and upload it with my tax info or do i keep it and mail it with the package?
