Embassy Review : |
It was a pretty quick process to get in, do the interview, and out. There were a few others in line with me and we went to one window and dropped our passport and Large Foolscap Courier Self Addressed Courier Envelope then we went to the next window where a person asked a few questions about our relationship and our documents. Then they handed my documents to me and said I've been approved and it'll take about 2 weeks to get my passport with the visa back. All together it was about a 45-minute process. |

Timeline Comments: 6Seriously, they moved you to California Center? That doesn't make much sense :( They might move you guys again to Vermont. That's what they did with the last batch in January that was transferred from Nebraska.
No they didn’t, I put the wrong center. It was Vermont.
Congratulations on receiving your interview date you guys! Did you expedite?
Good luck on your interview! You’ll do fantastic! ☺ï¸
Do you recall how long it took for the embassy to send back your passport & documents?
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
